Holiday bookings must be done in writing (via e-mail) and must be accompanied by a bank transfer of 30% of the total cost as a deposit.

In the event of any cancellations, except in certain instances, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Cancellation conditions: the contractual conditions of “Al Bait dala Santela” are based on the principle of mutual trust. If cancellation is required and we are made aware of this in writing, the EU legislation for tourism is applied. If the cancellation notice is given more than 4 weeks of the arrival date, the stay will be cancelled without penalty. At Christmas and New Year this notice period increases to 8 weeks. Any shorter notice periods will result in the deposit not being refunded.
The same applies if the arrival is delayed or departure is earlier. The full charge will be liable in the event of any ‘no show’.
